Baby G has spent four years moving Barcelona booths not only as a regular DJ, but promoter and organizer of events also related to electronic music.
Between 1997 and 1998 speed garage hit the booths of clubs like Moog, Nitsa, Frits Sea, Biaritz, the Salt, Walden and also at the Doctor Music Festival sharing booths with Djs Cajmere, Dave Angel & Josh Wink.
September of 1998 she was resident of 'Boîte' which plays Deep House and Garage, DJ's invited were the likes of Ralph Lawson, Dominic Capello, Dig & Wosh' (DIY), Lady B & Alexander Purkart. During that time the monthly resident was DJ Moog and guests were: Barbarella Restaurant (property of Lady B), Starts, Otto Zutz, Octopussy, the Terrrazza, Discotheque, Towers of Ávila and Tijuana.
In May 99 she began to visit the clubs of Valencia, Germany (Trims off lower branches of - Stuttgard) and France (On Off - Toulouse), and enters the Festinna group Club Djz Bcn with Jordi Grau, Ivan Escura, Javier Navinés and Cesar de Melero, with those who organise firework parties in La Terrazza during the whole of Summer 99.
In October 99 she created her own Tribal group Vibes where it began to experiment with tribal beats and broken avant guard in Open Up Club. "a space in which Baby G selects to an elegant sound track electronic cradle in trip hop, tribal house, breaks and drum'n'bass, enriched by invited musicians and discjockeys "(El Periodic of Catalonia, 15/10/99).
From then she began to work in the diffusion of the electronic music of quality, as much a promoter of celebrations, Djs and groups in Barcelona, playing break beat, house and drum'n'bass in Andorra, Valencia, Corunna, Oviedo, San Sebastián, Zaragoza, Santander, & Madrid...
Summer 2000, was another promotion, organised by Elektric Ladies in the Towers of Avila. Celebrations with a great exit with drum'n'bass and two step. " Baby G and her crew gave it large with more new beats, the London sound two step and all drum'n' bass of new generation in a space with views to the city and novel music of the day."(Go Bcn, Agosto 2000). " Elektric Ladies give out life with their Tribal Vibes, they demonstrated a good taste in substantial nights of liquid funk, two step and drum'n'bass classic " (Go Bcn, September 2000). During that same summer Martial Beatz collaborated with the party Le Rachdinge(Figueres), playing with drum'n'bass stars like Ed Rush, Loxy & Inch, Konflict, Ibryd & Him Luten.
After a time outside Spain she returned with a full suitcase of new sounds: nu jazz, future funk and nu school breaks and during winter 2001 she travelled regularly to Valencia (Long Trax) and visited Switzerland (Spider Galaxy-Zurich / Somer Casinno-Basel).
In summer 2001 Elektric Ladies went to Japan Club where artists of the stature of Smith & Mighty, Mad Profesor and 4Hero are well known.
In September 2001 they travelled to New York with a scholarship to participate in the Network Bull Music Academy where Djs worldwide were chosen from 15,000 aspiring contenders.. They were surrounded by artists like Jurassic 5, David Ronigan, Mix Masters Morris, MJ Cole, Afrodite, Richie Hawtin, Herbert, Jungle Brothers, Derrik Carter, Dixon... and played in clubs like Alción & Liquids.
The last important performance was in November 2001 in Meierei (Vienna-Austria) the one that she took part as a special guest in a celebration of the prestigious Austrian stamps G-Stone and Sunshine Enterprise alongside Richard Dorfmeister (Kruder&Dorfmeister) and Madrid of the Austrias.
Since then she has not stopped visiting booths in Barcelona (Macarena, City Hall, Republica, Cibeles, the Palona, Suborn), Spain (Madrid, Granada, Jaén, Sierra Nevada, Terrassa, Zaragoza, Gran Canaria, Pamplona, Palma de Mallorca), and she has taken part as Dj in sporting events of prestigious events like Network Bull or Eastpak.
