We, at Spanda Yoga School, are planning to relocate to a community center to accommodate more programs in our school. On relocation, we will be conducting classes on meditation, yoga and conscious workshops so that larger community spaces such as cafes, shops and other healing therapists can be accommodated.

Our motto is to offer esoteric and advanced classes on yoga practice.

Our Offerings

Our school is inspired from the Kashmiri Shaivism traditions that originated in India. With our programs, we aim to help individuals reach self-realization and evolve themselves eventually.

Due to our specialized programs, Yogis will be able to choose their own path for satisfaction and spiritual enlightenment. As there are different branches in Yoga, a Yogi can choose the best suited branch for them based on their temperament. We mainly work on Karma Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga.

Hatha Yoga is highly beneficial as it purifies the body, helps one keep hormones under check and also be in self-control so that they are able to achieve satisfaction and peace.

Hridaya Hatha Yoga

Private classes are available in two locations as of now.

There are mainly three types in which the classes are conducted. They are:
