Teresa and Kes Kennard are the owners of the retreat. In 2000, they set up their home and business in this beautiful area in Thailand. They have incorporated their love and experience in Yoga and dance into the retreat creating a balanced, realistic approach to yoga. They believe their approach is the secret to true transformation within an individual’s life.

Yoga Retreats & Packages:

Their basic package includes Ashtanga Yoga once a day, the Philosophy of Yoga, Chanting, Pranayama Breathing, and Meditation.

The Ashtanga Yoga Retreats:

These unique courses are 6 to 30 days of intense practice. The courses include the basic elements of yoga including eight limbs, philosophy, postures, and alignment. Your guide, Bill Brundell, is an authorized level 2 full intermediate since 2001. He will guide you through Chanting Shanti mantras, Yoga Sutras, and Bhagavad Gita.

The 30-Day Ashtanga Yoga Course:

You will get four weeks to engulf yourself in the world of Traditional Mysore Ashtanga as taught by K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, India. You will learn, apply, and come to understand the 8 limbs of yoga and chanting. This is the true foundation for a lifelong journey of discovery.

Detox & Fasting In Thailand:
